WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit there were large plastic garbage bags laying loosely on a child sized table in the classroom and am open plastic bag with some pullups in the bathroom on a lower shelf that were accessible to the children. The provider removed the plastic bags at the time of the site visit to make them inaccessible.
